Are passionate about creating breathtaking and seamless events. With backgrounds in styling and interior transformations, event and hospitality management and the music and entertainment industries it has been a natural progression to turn our attention to planning, styling and the accumulation of gorgeous hire items for incredible weddings and events!
Attention to detail and an innate sense of balance and style has led to our work being featured in numerous magazines and online blogs. We absolutely love the creative process we go through with each of our clients. There are so many resources available today for inspiration with the rise of Pinterest and the hundreds of blogs out there however the real art is being able to translate all of those ‘likes’ into an event brief that is fresh, original and unique to each client.

With over 25 years in the hospitality, music and interior styling industries Maria has been an innovator in the wedding industry since launching Frank and Joy. Always on the lookout for new and exciting products she has developed an impressive hire collection and loves collaborating with clients and other industry professionals on developing fresh and unique styling briefs.
Head coordinator and stylist
Having had careers in the photography, film production and floristry industries as well as hospitality management, Roxy brings a myriad of creative and practical skills to the Frank and Joy team. We love how her OC organisational skills are masked by her easy going persona and megawatt smile. With extensive industry contacts and a can do attitude, Roxy is an inspirational guiding light for our coordination team and she will ensure your day is absolutely perfect!
Coordinator and stylist
Straight from managing Bondi’s uber cool beachfront venue The Bucket List, Sally brings her extensive management skills and cutting edge style to the Frank and Joy team. Raised in and around the hospitality industry, Sally has a thorough knowledge of every aspect of events and she ensures each step of the planning process – plus the flow of the day itself – is seamless and stress free.
