She is always on the lookout for new and exciting products and suppliers and has developed an impressive and ever expanding hire range. Maria loves collaborating with clients and other industry professionals on developing fresh and unique styling briefs and prides herself on being able to consistently exceed expectations.

ROXY MEIK - COORDINATION DIRECTOR & STYLIST

Having had careers in the photography, film production and floristry industries as well as hospitality management, Roxy brings a myriad of creative and practical skills to the Frank & Joy team. We love how her OC organisational skills are masked by her easy going persona and megawatt smile. With extensive industry contacts and a can do attitude, Roxy is an inspirational guiding light for our coordination team and she will ensure your day is absolutely perfect!

ESME FERRETTI - COORDINATOR & STYLIST

Esme not only is a coordinator and stylist extraordinaire, she is also the creative director of the Byron Bay Surf Festival and an incredible mural artist (amongst other things!) and brings her extensive management skills and cutting edge style to the Frank and Joy team. Esme has a thorough knowledge of every aspect of events and she ensures each step of the planning process – plus the flow of the day itself – is seamless and stress free.

LEA FINDORFF - COORDINATOR & STYLIST

Lea brings exceptional skills to the Frank & Joy team including those from her successful photographic career and has an eye for detail second to none. Also a professional in the hospitality industry, Lea has a supreme calmness and efficiency that ensures your day is flawless.

BEN BARNETT - OPERATIONS MANAGER

The maestro of the Frank & Joy team – Ben is the nerve centre of all things operations and logistics. Our go to man for pretty much everything, he keeps the Frank & Joy machine well oiled and purring!
